    Deposit and Payment

For standard direct bookings, a 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance is payable 14 days before arrival.

A booking is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Different payment conditions may apply to special events, exclusive-use reservations, group bookings or promotional rates. Where different conditions apply, they will be clearly stated before the booking is confirmed.

    5

    Standard Cancellation Policy

Unless different cancellation conditions are clearly stated when you book, our standard direct-booking cancellation policy is:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of payments made, less any non-refundable booking or payment-processing charges clearly identified at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled arrival date, including cancellations made after the balance becomes due, are non-refundable.
    • If you do not arrive for your booking without cancelling, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due.
    • If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written cancellation.
    • Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation of the cancellation.
    • We may, at our discretion and subject to availability, offer a change of dates instead of a refund. Any change must be agreed in writing before the original arrival date, and any difference in price will apply.
    • These cancellation terms do not affect any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that may apply under Irish or EU law.

A change of dates is not confirmed until accepted by us in writing.
